Clearance & Special Event Pricing: Prices from clearance items or events like Black Friday
and Boxing Day.
Third-Party & Marketplace Sellers: Prices from resellers on sites like Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Craigslist or Kijiji. Verified Retail Marketplaces such as Best Buy, Amazon or Walmart Marketplace are accepted.
Foreign Currency Prices: We only match prices listed in Canadian dollars.
Out-of-Stock Items: Price matching is only valid if the item is in stock or listed in a valid flyer.
Staff Pricing Errors: Obvious mistakes (e.g., an entire case priced as a single item) aren’t eligible.
Altered or Unverifiable Proofs: Photos or screenshots that may be edited or can’t be verified.

Provide Proof of the Competitor’s Price: Show a website listing or a clear photo of the in-store sign or flyer. Ensure the price and promotional dates are visible and valid.
Confirm the Product Details: The item must be identical (same model number, condition, size, etc). Price matching only applies to Canadian websites or physical flyers.
Speak to a BBO Team Member: A manager will verify the competitor’s price and price it 20% lower – that’s our Best Price Promise!
Complete the Price Match at Checkout: The manager processes the discount as a price override. You get the adjusted price immediately!
Yes, the competitor’s product must be in stock at the time of the price match. For online listings, the item needs to be available for immediate purchase on a Canadian website. Out-of-stock or backordered items do not qualify for price matching.
There’s no limit, but all price matches are subject to manager approval. If you’re buying multiple quantities of an item, the manager may assess whether the match is reasonable based on stock levels and product availability.

Exclusions: This offer does not apply to clearance items, liquidation sales, auctions, products sold by third-party resellers, or any pricing errors or misprints. We also reserve the right to exclude certain competitors or products from this promise at our discretion.
Verification: To qualify for our Best Price Promise, you must provide proof of the competitor’s price (e.g., a link to the competitor’s website, advertisement, or in-store price) and our team must verify the price and terms before offering a price match.
Offer Limitations: Our Best Price Promise may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. We reserve the right to cancel or modify this offer at any time without prior notice.
Right to Refuse: Big Box Outlet Store reserves the right to refuse any price match request if the competitor’s price or product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Refunds and Adjustments: If a price match is granted after your purchase, the difference in price will be refunded to you in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
